What is thre best image size / resolution to upload?
We recommend you use a minimum resolution of 300DPI , The best quality the image the better quality the case shall be.
Can I cancel my order?
No I am sorry once the order has been sent to the Print Room this can not be reversed or refunded, as it is a bespoke product and can not be sold elsewhere.
I order several cases and have received only one, are they sent separately?
Yes occasionally we sent out the cases in different delivery slots, This really does depend on when your order was placed and what devices we in production at that time, so don’t panic.
